Yes, this is out of focus, mostly because I took it while travelling at highway speed down the Western Highway between Ballarat and Bacchus Marsh in January 2011 (in the passenger seat, obviously!).

The reason I decided to include this shot in the gallery is because I really like how very casual it is, how flaming red my hair is (setting sun will do that), and the play of light on my face. It's a pretty good character shot, and visually interesting, even if it isn't entirely in focus (and, personally, I think the lack of perfect focus adds to the visual appeal)
