I can do several of those accents, actually, and quite convincingly. One that I do exceptionally well (which he didn’t do, for obvious reasons) is a Valley Girl. Yes, some girls in the U.S. really talk like that, ohmighod whatever!
Pity I can’t do a decent Australian accent, even after almost thirteen years of living here. I can do an Australian accent, but it’s very broad and very exaggerated and very bad. Won’t fool most Australians (but it would probably fool most Americans…).
