My kids like to play dressy-ups, or they used to when they were younger (Zoë has kind of outgrown it now, though she still enjoys it for special occasions). These are both costumes that the kids made up totally on their own, with no adult intervention. Miranda (who looks to be about three in that photo) was being a turtle. Zoë (probably around five or so) was Puss in Boots.
