Andrew has this weird thing he sometimes does in his sleep. His head will twitch, really hard, usually several times. Sometimes it shakes the bed. Occasionally he’ll do it so hard it wakes him up.

I always thought it was really weird (still do), but today I completely accidentally found out what it probably is: Periodic Limb Movement. Of course, in his case, the “limb” is his head, which is really strange (normally, it’s more like a leg or an arm, you know, limbs).

Now you see why I always say there’s a strange man in my bed.
