Messiah and Buddha Claimants

Came across a list of Messiah claimants on Wikipedia, and then quickly found that there is also a list of Buddha claimants. And, if Messiah and/or Buddha isn’t enough, you can also look at a list of people who have been considered deities. All very interesting, in my opinion. I spent hours clicking links and learning about various people (some I knew already, most I didn’t).
