I found this review of The Eagles first Melbourne concert and thought I might pass on the link to anyone who might be curious.
I do disagree that the new song Hole in the World isn’t good. Well, he doesn’t say it’s not good, only that it pales in comparison to some of their older songs, but I thought it was actually quite a good take on the events on and following the WTC tragedies in 2001. And the five-part vocal harmony was beautiful. They’re at their best when they go for the harmonies, something this reviewer said and with which I wholeheartedly agree.
